We aim to respond within two business days. Include what happened, what you expected, your iPhone and iOS version, the Sourcerer version if available, and a nonsensitive screenshot when helpful. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card information, or government identifiers.

Verification: Check the U.S. phone number, connection, and SMS filtering, then wait briefly before requesting another code. Never send the code to support.

Searches or Deal Wizard: Confirm Sourcerer Pro is active; review the search location, radius, terms, prices, and Deal Wizard instructions; make sure the search is active; refresh; and check your connection. Marketplace results and availability are not guaranteed.

Notifications: In iPhone Settings → Notifications → Sourcerer, allow notifications. Then verify the frequency and relevant search or Deal Wizard notification settings in Sourcerer.

If Sourcerer Pro is missing, open the Subscription screen and select Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel through Sourcerer or Apple Subscriptions. Deleting Sourcerer or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple handles App Store charges and refund decisions. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem. Sourcerer cannot directly issue an App Store refund.

Permanently delete your account through Sourcerer’s in-app account settings. Cancel an active Apple subscription separately if you do not want it to renew. Review the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.

For access, correction, portability, or deletion requests, email support.sourcerer.ai@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify account control.
